Famous pop art canvis
This project was about selecting a famous artist to paint it on a canvis and then with one color but with different tones of it do the shadows. We could choose any person that we wanted at first it was only famous people but then some people choose their friends or their families. In my case I choose a famous person: Bruno Mars, I choose him because I love his songs and his voice and I think he represents pop culture because of they way his songs are and the rythmn of them.
I loved to do this project because although I am not good at painting, I painted really good in this project. At first I didnt knew how to really do the technique and I did it wrong, also I didnt spread the colors so it didnt look like a shadow it looked like drops of paint but then when I did it over I started to understand the shading in the project and where does each tone of shading go it started to look better but not so good. Then two days earlier to the due date I inspired and really focus in doing it not perfect but to look good my project and I put more shadings and to spread more the colors so they can diffuse and it looked then amazing.

Everytime I do my sketches I do simple ones because I thought that doing something that is more complicated I wouldnt right. But one day I decided to do like a collague of my photos but in the letters of my name. What I first did is do the siluet of the letters, then I started to cut the pictures in the computer so they can fit in each letter, it did that in a lot of time. Then I pasted the pictures according to the size of each letter and of each picture. I wanted to represent a collague but in a different because everytime the collagues are of the same way but I wanted to represented it different.
This was the best sketch I have ever done. I liked a lot how it is and because of that I know that I could do better skectches and by putting more effort in them I can make really cool stuff. After I did this my friends saw it and they loved it and they make me do this for their birthdays always. I love sketches because they get your stress out and you can do anything you want, sometimes I get tired of drawing and I write but it still let my stress go out. Because of this skectch my following steches were made with more effort, I love this sketch.

Practice Grid Drawing
This project was about taking a small image of some magazine and draw it in a larger version of it. First we choose the picture that we wanted from magazine it had to be small but not so small. Then we divided the picture with a ruler in squares later in the sketch book we did a larger square dividing it in the same number of squares than the other smaller picture. Each square of the larger drwaing represented the same square of the smaller so we draw the same thing that was in the other square in the empty square. We did this to practice how we can do the other canvis because that was a huger project.
This project really had an enphasys in details and I love details so in each square there was something and you had to draw it all the details because if not it wouldnt be the same the picture it would change. This project teach me to be very careful in details and to see all the image as parts and not as a hole thing. I like the technique of only do it pencil because it seems more professional and the shadows and the little things because of the grey color looks a lot more than if it was in color or in any other material.
